First time and I brought my package for a drop off and the cashier tells she don’t have tape and asking me if I have tape I said no…next time take it from the counter smh
Fast and courteous
The bald headed lady who worked the 4pm shift saturday january 27th has poor customer service, and honestly I cant beliece I took a bus up there wasted my time telling me they can't take my package for fedex because their closet is filled, like what kind of foolishness is that, she kept cutting me off everytime I tried to ask for an alternative or a better time that I can come in.
