Great customer service.
The two women working the counter are lazy and have no customer service. One sat in her chair the entire time and was on a person call on the stores phone when u approached the counter. Fed ex was there picking up packages and they could have done their job and got mine out as well. That really wasn't my concern at the time I just wanted my items put into the fed ex system for pickup. It's been 8 days and I still have not received a text confirmation my item was picked up. My time was wasted at this location as my Fed-Ex return package couldn't be accepted because your label printer wasn't working properly. Your employees, though very well mannered and had decent customer service, seemed to not have ready-available access for Fed-Ex return process either. Your service here needs some maintenance.
