One of the WORST delivery services out there, I don't know why companies choose FedEx to ship things. I was lied to on the phone that my package was going to come in today in which I missed 2 of my church services and Youth group. This is BEYOND unacceptable and I'm not cool to lie to a customer. Now I don't have a delivery date nor where to pick up my package. (The item was a phone that is needed ASAP).

Why is there ONE person working when it's a week before Christmas?!
Terrible experience. I arranged for my golf clubs to be sent to SC from NY on Wednesday November 25th. I was supposed to receive them on Monday November 30th. On Wednesday I was told they were sitting on a trailer in Charlotte NC and that there was no notation of when that trailer would be out for delivery. On Thursday I was told they didn’t know where they are and I should start a lost package claim.
