FedEx delivery drivers are so lazy. Instead of delivering to my front door they just throw it into the middle of the Amazon locker lobby unsecured. This is designed for Amazon packages only inside of the secure lockers. Why would you deliver a heavy package that I can't even bring up to my apartment, nor do I have a vehicle, in the middle of the lobby where people steal packages
Useless staff. Unhelpful and uneducated on FedEx policies.
Hours are wrong online. Sunday it says 12-6pm
Super helpful attentive assistant manager who didn't even charge me since one machine wasn't working properly. He spent a good 40 minutes trying to resolve my issue. Super customer service.
