This is not an onsite just drop off. Had to drive over here to find that out then drive somewhere else for proper help. They do not supply with fedex envelopes even if you have a label.
I literally was refused service over and over again. First I brought in two packages and she said there was a 40 pound limit. I told her the packages were 10 pounds and her and her coworkers persisted to try to lift the boxes and suck their teeth.
