You cannot talk to a person. It’s all automated. I have an issue that cannot be solved and still cannot talk to a representative. I get no help that I need. I will never use the service again.
Horrible! No on-site only Walgreens for drop off-pickup. Can't get a manager on the phone only computer, and you repeat yourself 10x. Get ready for sloppy service cuz there's no accountability. I had a pkg worth $270 left on a dirt road 1/8 mile from my house. Couldn't drive up my paved drive way and walk 6' to my porch. Thrown on road next to my mailbox! Do you think I can find out who did this? No one but computer!
