Terrible service. I brought in an item with a printable return code, but was told the store didn’t have a printer. I went out, printed the label, and came back—only to be told they didn’t have tape to secure the package. The item didn’t even require a box. FedEx should close this location or make serious improvements. The service here doesn’t reflect the standard FedEx provides at other locations.
