I went today to this place just to print out some pdf documents and they said that they don’t do it I don’t understand why which is crazy so even when I saw the print machine in the place !!

No clear direction of if your suppose to wait on regular checkout line Or go straight to the FedEx area Which makes no sense because the workers have to assist you at the FedEx area..Make sure you package/parcel is complete sealed boxed up because they will not provide tape you have to purchase it to use it. If your item is already packed and ready to go itll be a phone number and scan and then you are done. The workers are passive aggressive if your in and out it will be no consequence.
Be careful in this branch, there is someone stealing the packages. They do not scan them so you cannot make complaints to anyone. tengan cuidado en esta sucursal hay alguien robando los paquetes no los escanean así no pueden hacer reclamos con nadie
