Horrible experience here with extremely rude customer service. I brought an item to ship that needed to be boxed and figured I could purchase packing material there. I awkwardly tried to ask whether this was possible, and the woman then mocked me as if I didn’t know how to pack a box, and said something along the lines of “to box a package, you’ll need to wrap it and attach with tape…” and then as I walked away, mortified and nearly crying, she continued to mock me to the people in line behind me. I will never go back here.
Didn't issue me a receipt for my FedEx dropoff. They're trying to steal my package. Do not come here.
