I enjoyed my experience it was very easy to return my item and get tracking number customer service representative was nice
Went there today to drop off a pre labeled package. Waited 15 minutes while the cashier called someone to the front to serve me, she was berating customers the entire time. When someone finally came to the front it was a manager and an employee who both were berating the cashier for not helping me scan the package in. The employee then began making excuses as to why she wouldn’t accept the package, despite this being a standard package that I have shipped numerous of before with no issues.
