I’m disappointed with my experience at the FedEx Shipping Centre. The staff member assisting us was not welcoming and provided very little explanation about the process. She appeared disengaged and unwilling to help, which made the visit frustrating. I hope management addresses customer service expectations moving forward. I left and decided to go elsewhere. I won’t be going back.
Trying to just speak to a human was almost impossible. Spent 30min calling in and trying to talk to someone to shop a package. When I finally got through they told me that I would need to drive almost 45min to their main depot to ship over night, what a joke of a phone system.
