They made me buy tape. That's crazy and they had some laying on the table but he was like nah you gotta buy it it a8nt free for no one but the employees
I cannot say anything g good about FedEx, absolutely the most unreliable company that exists. China post would be more efficient. I can't blame any local brick and mortar shipping employees at local stores, but as a company they're horrible.
Our package was delivered to THE SIDEWALK on the SIDE of our house. This is the 8TH TIME FedEx has "lost" or just stolen our packages.
Over 50% of my packages seem to go missing or get forgotten if they have to go through the Colonial Heights FedEx. I wish I could ask companies to use any other service.
