Very friendly employees! I appreciated their help and the package was delivered at the time they promised. (The cost was pricey. I will only use them for emergencies.)
Have wrong hours online, customer service person won’t help even though they were there when I came to send something during listed hours
They can't ship a letter, even if put in a box. My transphobia spidey senses feel like this isn't an LGBT friendly location or manager.
