This is about the call center, I was simply trying to get ahold of this branch. (it's impossible, for anyone else looking to do the same) I don't write reviews often, but when I do it's because I have an over-the-top excellent experience. Or in this case pure garbage in the most absolute form. I was taken for a ride of pure pain from which my mental state may never return. Google map says permanently closed but I dropped off a heavy package just 2 days ago, guy helped me with handling the heavy box and carry it inside.

Got a call telling me to come pick up my package from them. When I went to pick it up they couldn’t find it.
