Do not waste your time going to this location if your package is too heavy for an elderly person. I went to drop off my package and the workers literally complained about how heavy it was even though I could easily carry it in and out the door with no problem. The requirement for a Fedex worker is to be able to lift at least 75 pounds and my package wasn’t even half that weight.
