Google needs to stop posting a mailbox as an actual fedex location. FYI an “onsite” is somewhere where you need to have your package 100% ready, packaged, labeled, etc. Zero service provided from Fedex, it’s actually more inconvenient than those mail box dropoffs that USPS has everywhere. This shouldn’t be a thing at all.
My item (flowers) were not delivered by the time it was said to be delivered and I received no updates on it. I reached out to the customer representatives early in the day to confirm and they assured me it would be delivered by the end of the day. This has been incredibly frustrating.

Was in Greensboro and remembered I had a package to return for my mother. Danielle helped me with the FedEx return. There was a line of people, and she was extremely pleasant.
