This FedEx serivice is just a waste of time.
Do not drop off packages to be shipped here, especially time sensitive and expensive packages. They will treat your package like a bag of dog food and thrash it around, then send it to the wrong address. I could potentially have to pay a crazy amount of money for something that was not my fault. If you saw this review, this is your sign to find another drop off point.
Pkg delivered to wrong address and was told by shipper to notify Fed Ex . I have been on the phone for an hour trying to get help but you keep saying address is wrong ! I have copy of address in my order and I know it is correct! I’m tired of being cut off with no satisfaction! Why can’t I talk to a real person? Real real bad customer service!!!!
Nobody attended FedEx drop off site desk at the Walgreens photo desk. Waited for ten mins before I left.
