It was awful. The woman got hurt feelings and walked off and whined to the manager who came over hot and ready to blame. Irate customer of course. The woman started waiting on customer next space. Would not give her name. Disgusting. The manager calmed down and answered my question and I thanked him profusely.
A great way to receive FedEx mail delivery packages, for out of town travelers !
I had no issues dropping off a prepaid FedEx package at the checkout counter.
