the second day I can’t pick up the delivery, I came at 19-33 and it was closed until 8 no one opened
The store manager on-shift went out of her way to resolve an issue for me. Signs and Google Maps said the FedEx dropoff close at 8pm but she was told not to accept packages after 7pm. It was 7:30pm. It's a shame that there was a miscommunication somewhere, but I'm happy that they honored their signage after politely insisting.
