This location is the worst. Before bringing my package inside, I asked the lady at the counter if they were accepting return packages for FedEx, and she said yes. After I brought the package in, she became busy assisting other customers. After waiting for 4 to 5 minutes, she finally approached me and said that my package was too large for them to accept. I noticed there were several return packages inside that were approximately the same size as mine. She was very rude.
