Scheduled a package pick up and they came to my house and got it. They were fairly quick getting there.
I went about an hour before closing to pick up a computer part. I was the only one in the lobby and ended up waiting about 20 minutes for someone to come out. I'm sure they were busy and I wasn't in a huge rush but I know some people would get bury upset. You know what they say... Patience is a virtue.
