FedEx is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. The way packages are handled is terrible, and so is the way customers are treated. For 3 days I was unable to receive my package because nobody paid attention to my delivery instructions about where to leave it if I was not home. Nobody could give me a delivery time, and nobody actually helped me solve the issue or receive my package. The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and extremely disappointing.
Very disgusting service provided by FedEx they have to change policy related to call at list they have to call customers when they arrive for delivery every time they just tag it and go away this is not good. We spent lots of money for parcel and we have to go for pickup it every time so disgusting
Didn’t even bring it to the door. Poor excuse of delivery company. Packaging is destroyed also, you could tell they really care about their jobs. SMH.
No one can take a whole day waiting for the stupid parcel to arrive! We need to work!
Good service, available parking in front of store. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Today I was there and Mr. Glen helped me about my parcel. He is very nice, friendly and helpful
