Was just here, (inside Walgreens), because FedEx customer service online and the phone number instructed me to come to this location, for the qr scan drop off return. It should be updated to note that they informed me that they don't help you with anything, they only accept ready to ship packages, & they don't scan the front code to print as well as tape the paperwork to your box, very unhelpful, made me feel unwelcomed, and literally looked at my box with paperwork, asking me: "what are you doing with all of that?"!
