Well now I know what the “ On Site“ means when it says FedEx On Site; it means it’s inside another business. This On Site was inside Walgreens and was waited on very swiftly and representative explained what was going on and asked for my phone number for getting a text message receipt. Very fast and good customer service.
Got what I needed 🤷
This one sucks. Walgreens makes you pay for FedEx envelopes, and then they stock them on the other side of the store. I won't be back
