Came here at 12:55pm to pick up my fedex pakage. I didn't know that they were not able to take pakages and didn't have my pakage in stock. I understood, but the lady working went on a tantrum as if I was going to complain to fedex on her behalf. It was very uncomfortable for the 1-2 minutes I was in the building

What happened to this company? Was there a change of ownership or something. Service is worse than Canada post

I have a package coming from USA the seller didn't say that I have to pay for Import. The delivery guy was in a hurry he just buzz 1 time and he leave. My wife was upstairs she heard the buzzer she was going downstairs to check who was on the door. But the delivery guy already left. And when I called the FedEx they told that I have to pick it up my package which 10 kilometers away from my place. I would say this is isn't good experience with FedEx. Amazon is more better.

Dropped off a 2-day international package here, and the pharmacist said it would be picked up by Fedex from this location later that afternoon or the next day. My 2-day shipment sat here for a full week before I called fedex customer service and was told they'd open a case for why this item wasn't moving. The next day the item was picked up, 8 days after it was dropped off. It was supposed to be delivered to the USA 2 days after drop off. Don't make my mistake, take your item to a real fedex location.

Overnight shipping for an important package did not leave the store for over a week (until I called fedex customer service). The lady working at the store was very rude.
