I was trying to return a package, and I didn't have the physical label, but the sender gave a QR code to use at a fedex office. I was told that they did not scan QR codes, and that I needed a printed label to return the item. I drove to Holland, and at the FedEx located on 33th street inside Walgreens, they helped me with no problem by scanning my QR code.
