We paid for a service that was supposed to be delivered by 1245 today. I called at 345 today and they stated it was out for delivery. Here it is 9 pm and it’s still not here. Called back for a 3 time today to check the status and they said it was back at the facility but can’t get ahold of them as they are closed. So not only go they charge customers for services that they do not provide. They have you waiting all day for a package just for it not to come. Absolutely terrible customer service.
