FedEx will not deliver my pakeg when there is a construction on my street even though UPS delivered for the past 3 days with no problems. I even gave them instructions to get to my home easily. I will never use FedEx again they suck
Absolutely awful delivery service by Misty out of Casper WY. I was to receive two packages. No one showed up at my house and I waited all day. Then I get an email showing that customer was not available or business was closed. Now I have to wait another three days for something I absolutely needed because Misty out of Casper WY lied about making an attempt to deliver when she didn't. I know for a fact she was at my neighbors because we saw her deliver there and she didn't make an attempt to deliver to my house.
Convenient drop-off location. The clerk was not at the register. Signs at register was self check out. Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the clerk. This package had to go out to arrive on time, or I would have left.
The Lady was extremely knowledgeable and cordial
