I have gone earlier and the gentleman that help me was very friendly but today I went and the young lady with glasses a little chubby couldn't even help me i asked her to help do a return and to show my how to do it on my phone and she said she didn't know how and just stood there and looked at me so I finally figured it out but why have a rude staff if they will not help it's best to go to another location because this one such because of her
I was in need of mailing some documents when traveling, I googled and found this location. 2 gentlemen who work there said " we do only by labels"!!? So it means you guys doing return service not Mailing and much better fix Google information
Staff is not friendly at all ill try another FedEx next time
