Cannot deliver product to correct address on time. Don't do not use if can help it. Pick ups or USPS for shipping. Fedex facility makes me wait 30 mins for a phone call and then didn't don't return to said phone call.
Came by with package while we were home, didn’t even knock on the door and try to get us when my car is OBVIOUSLY there and we have no signs about “no knocking”. Just stuck a “we missed you” sticker on the door and left. Poor poor communication.

Fedex drop off location non functional as of 9/6/2024. Down for 2 weeks and can't scan return boxes.
They DO NOT send faxes. There's a place in Northlake toward I35 that does and WinCo does as well. Homeland has stopped sending faxes as right now. The person working the register was kinda cold to me. Not sure what her issue was.
