Very helpful n professional staff
Not a real FedEx location…WalGreens photo counter is closed on Saturdays, so they can’t even take fully labeled and paid for packages.
I tried to send a package to my niece and it was the correct address. For some reason it came back to me and they refused to resend it. The manager was snappish and rude to me. I wasn’t upset or anything so I don’t know why she was, I won’t go back here unless I have to. The manager needs a lesson in customer service.
