Because I cannot leave a review for corporate fedex this place gets my 1 star for being associated with them. Will not let me change one digit of an address so the package will be delivered without having to bill the shipper a charge to do so. Which I cannot do or authorize, or just pay it myself. So instead they will truck this package back across the country to return to sender, just for them to re-send it right back to where it came from. Makes no sense.
Very helpful staff and fast service will come back again.
