Went to FedEx on Grant Line in Tracy for my grandmother's obituaries....awful service & completely ruined them the day before the service. They refused to refund me and/or fix THEIR error. Desperate to fix this issue by today, I came to this FedEx, where Brittany, the AM, helped me! She printed the obituaries EXACTLY how I wanted them AND got them to me the same day! Very grateful for her empathy & assistance.
Delivery services are very misleading! Gives you a time frame than changes it to by the end of the day at the last minute! Wasted my time waiting for some I paid rush delivery for! 0 stars if I could!!!!
Worst company ever the fed ex driver STOLE my cousins gift card he used a box cutter and cut the too if the envelope and stole it out of there and then delivered her an empty package!!! The money was for food to feed her child and he stole it. They still haven’t made it right with her.
