Awful delivery practice. Will never use fed ex again. My product was dented scratched and freezing cold. Left in the basement of my apartment complex and weighed 100lbs. In the delivery directions it said to deliver to my front door and apparently that means the basement. Again awful service and impossible to contact so I'm leaving my first online review in hopes that someone else will be spared from paying extra to deliver it up their stairs and put against their door.
