Rude lady at the front was not friendly and said they couldn’t tape up my package. Every other Fed Ex I’ve been to has been able to do this service. Made the customers buy tape from Walgreens so that we could ship it out. Nobody was at the counter after we were ready to ship it out and had us waiting. THEN she says I couldn’t ship it out at that specific location so I had to drive somewhere else. Just horrible experience
I’m so glad this place stays busy! Even though it's a bit out of the way in San Bernardino, I can totally see why people make the trip. I want to give a huge thank you to Carlos and Lenilyn for helping me scan my documents. I ran into a few issues at first, but when I came back, they went above and beyond to sort everything out for me.
