FEDEX is a joke. I have ordered a package and had to get a refund due to no drivers and they told me they didn't know where it was. Got my money back and reordered it sending it to a different address and I be dang if they didn't put it back to my home address. Called today and of course once again they cant tell me where my package it. I told them just to put it to the side and Ill come get it myself! Still waiting on a phone call back. FEDEX SUCKS!
Fed ex is AWFUL! I have had problems over and over . They NEVER correct the problem. I can not get them to deliver my packages where I request. I have had this problem EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY! I have called at least a dozen times and the issue never gets resolved. I am promised it will be corrected , assured it will be corrected and it isn’t .
