My experience with this company has been a nightmare. My vehicle was hit by a Fedex truck on February 14th and it's now March 18th. I've had problems with their claims department not returning any phone calls or messages. I've been dealing with Mrs. Lymon and she hasn't been there none. My advice to anyone who has to deal with them is to hire a lawyer. Vann York Auto Collision in High Point really isn't that helpful as well.
