FedEx driver drops every package at the end of our long driveway, rain or shine. No notice given, no sightline from home. USPS, Prime and UPS all deliver to the porch. Calls to complain take forever to reach someone who then states it is your responsibility to instruct the driver to deliver properly.
I hate AI telephone calls....you can't even talk to a human at Fed Ex!
I'm completely dissatisfied with company because only 1 driver in company can find my house. I prefer UPS and USPS, that never have a problem.
