The Fedex carrier was disrespectful.
If I could give this a 0, I totally would. First time using FedEx, two calls for customer service and they were not helpful at all. Damaged a box I order with frozen goods form Georgia made a whole an excuse on the delivery being backed up more than twice for “inspection”. Was delayed, and hoped to be deliver today since they denied my request for picking up the packaged. Driver ended up damaging my package.

Terrible. Stood there for 25 minutes. Im still standing here now. I had so much time on my hands while waiting I figured I'd write a review! Within 25 minutes a warehouse employee came to tell me someone was coming. Im still waiting! Dont come here and pay these people money unless your desperate which i HAVE to do since my package is only for FedEx. Thanks Postal Connections! Update: This whole ordeal took an hour.
