I had a very frustrating experience at this FedEx Office location. I came in to print a single blueprint using the self-service machine, but the machine would not recognize my USB drive. Staff could not explain why it wasn’t working, even though we confirmed the USB drive and file opened perfectly on both their computer and my own. I even reformatted the drive, but the self-service machine still wouldn’t read it. They don’t have standard fedex envelopes available, they try to make you buy an envelope from the Walgreens. I had preprinted label, and expected this fedex site to offer fedex envelopes. Why even bother?

Only works if you have pre printed label or QR code. This is NOT a full service kiosk.
1 star for fedex in general not this store. They broke my 3k tv. And not just cracked. It split.in half. Terrible. Never again.
