You get amazing customer service. The staff is always upbeat extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

They did not deliver any package to the listed address. We were not home and the neighbors were spoken to and no one remembers seeing a FedEx vehicle. As usual FedEx totally misses the mark AGAIN ! 0 stars they are the pits , they need to add 0 to the rating choices
