The staff is extremely unprofessional and dismissive. My package was left on a Thursday to be picked up however this location never updates the scan. Today on the app it updated as available for pickup. I went in after a long day of work only to find out they sent my shipment back. She told me that it’s over 5 days however the 5 days are not until tomorrow as there was a weekend in between as well as a statuary holiday. Extremely rude lady at the reception. They have no supplies. What type of drop off location is this? UPS and dhl drop off.
It's just a pick up and drop facility. They don't even carry the envelopes.
