They can drop off packages to you in whatever condition and broken, but if your package isn't perfectly packed, then they can't help, except if you pay them. Ridiculous. Terrible service, terrible company.
They literally came to my house and left and put it as 'delivery attempted, business was closed'.. I LIVE IN A HOUSE AND MY FRONT DOOR WAS OPENED!. Happens EVERY time something needs to be delivered through this office
