Poor delivery service. Packages are left outside the gate on main road for anyone to get. Also drops packages in a water hole and are wet. Delivers to wrong addresses often.
The worst shipping service around. They can never deliver a package on time or undamaged. Contacted customer support and received no help. They put my package on a truck for delivery but returned it back to the warehouse, possibly due to the delivery driver damaging my package. They wonder why they can’t find good help well they don’t pay more than McDonald’s.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I can NEVER get packages out of the Beaver location! I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, A COLD PACKAGE OF MEAT, yesterday it would on the truck and out for delivery, then, around 3:00 I got a notification saying that my delivery had been rescheduled, no reason given, just rescheduled, then today it’s out for delivery again and I get a notification that they were unable to locate me which is RIDICULOUS because they didn’t even drive down this road! Worst delivery service. Never deliver my packages to the correct address, always late, and never can talk to anyone locally
