Fedex should find another store. The lady said she scanned my package and I was good but I always get a notification of n my phone with the tracking number. When i said this to her she said we don’t do that lol yes you do this isn’t my first time. She said you’ll have to take it somewhere else and I said I can’t you scanned it then she said it didn’t scan. So there was no telling who could’ve ended up with my $200 pair of under Armour shoes. Ridiculous. If you don’t like your job get something you do like.
My husband's cancer meds were left laying beside our mail box, on the side of a busy county road. This should gave been delivered to the house not 400 ft away. These meds cost $20000. (Twenty thousand) a month. I well instruct the meds be sent by UPS for our next delivery. No one in our area us happy with the way their packages are being left on the side of the road instead of delivering to the resident. FEDEX we expect better service from you!
