The service is terrible; I wanted to drop off a package, and I was rudely told it wasn't possible. I asked why, and was told again that it wasn't possible—and that was that.

Driver repeatedly does not leave delivery attempt tags nor do they try to knock.
WOW, this was a good experience. Quick and easy! FedEx did GREAT with this idea and they're open until midnight a super plus!!!
