If 0 stars was an option it would be 0. I’ve been tracking my package the last 2 days and they alleged to have attempted to deliver my package on both days at times that my wife and I were at home. The doorbell never rang, nobody ever knocked on my door, and nobody attempted to call me. I called the Fed-Ex 1-800 number and discovered they were attempting to deliver my package to the wrong address. An address I was not nor was I ever associated with. It's hard to get the automated answer to let you speak to a person. I tried both automated and talking to a customer service associate and neither got a truck to my business to pick up this order.
Phone number doesn't get you through to a person, has limited mechanical options. Very frustrating
