I was having a gift basket sent to my friend. FEDEX said it was delivered. The picture showing the package delivered didn't look right. It looked too small. Turned out it was never delivered. That was someone else's package in the complex. I had a replacement sent. They left it outside her door. Did not ring the bell. This is a basket with fruit cheese chocolate left outside in 90° weather. What a mess. Needless to say I won't be sending food to Florida.

I was really surprised how fast everything went Even the clerk behind the condor had a good sense of humor, passing off a joke or two The standard size shipping boxes were easy to find. Just to the right of the front door I was probably in and out of there in under ten minutes

Friendly staff, but watered down FedEx store. Calling it an OnSite is really misleading. It’s a PickUp/DropOff. Can’t mail anything out that you haven’t pre-packaged on your own at home. They don’t even print out mailing labels. If all “OnSites” are like this, then FedEx needs to either rebrand them or improve their abilities.
