I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today that needs a signature. I have this whole thing on camera, the driver pulls up grabs the package walks to the bottom step of the truck but never gets off. Then marks it as I didn’t answer the door, I have tried FB messenger and calling. All they say is “oh sorry we’ll try to get it to you on Monday” not acceptable at all, I know they have the ability to reach out to that driver. If I didn’t answer the door I completely understand but it’s not the case here.
More & more companies need to become aware that fedex holds your package for a day or 3 and deliberately delays it. Please warn companies to no longer use fedex. Let's get Fedex shut down for good. Only reason why fedex is still operating is because companies are unaware that this is happening to hundreds if not thousands of customers every single day. Use ups or usps instead. Sure a little more expensive but if it means they are not delaying your package on purposes, it's worth the money.
