Why send overnight at all? A priority letter for over night went from Indiana, Pa to Johnstown, Pa, then flown to Memphis, Tennessee, sat for two days, then flown to Pittsburgh, Pa, then finally will be delivered Monday at 1:30 pm. Disgusting, pay money for overnight, then takes 4 days. STUPID
Package said it was out for delivery. My driver did not deliver it Preston got to get it together
If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. In the past year EVERY delivery from this location has been days later then expected without explanation. As a resident of the same city as this location, this should never be happening. However today again it did. Items to be delivered today, left the CLINTON location at 8:30am to be delivered to my CLINTON address. Not delivered. FedEx is the worst. Ground, Home Delivery, Express etc. Not to mention the customer service reps are terrible. Offering no help. Wed January 21st I called in, got a call back 45 mins later. Everything went well except I didn't get the package. Today January 23rd, the rep can't find any information on my package and wants me to track down the info. My package has been on the truck and out for delivery for a week, then they reschedule for the next day saying no attempt made, and they have done it everyday for 7 days
