Clean
Half the time they're unable to scan your packages and there is no way for them to manually put it in l. I've had to go across town to drop it off at the Hallmark drop off center on many occasions. I will never use Dollar General location for this again, I will always go to the other location.
Just need to knock on the door so package don't get wet
