The team was very helpful. Our giant fragile package made it across the east coast safely and in one piece.
Lady working there does not know anything, I have to mail an important document and she said she doesn’t have much idea regarding this and later said she doesn’t have envelopes available at their store.
Worker there was not very helpful or she did not know how to work the fed ex department I was sending a high important letter off and the got turned away she couldn't do it I'm confused why sending a letter to a company was an issue. Isn't that what they supposed to do it was not certified or anything. Help me with this please someone.
